A Bone Densitometer is used to measure bone density. It can help detect osteoporosis early, or create a baseline that allows us to identify patients at high risk. The Delphi raises the standard in the practice of clinical bone densitometry by integrating bone mineral density (BMD) with Instant Vertebral Assessment (IVA). Delphi's IVA, possible only with fan-beam technology, generates a high-resolution image of the entire lateral spine in just 10 seconds, enabling physicians to visually assess vertebral status for a more accurate determination of fracture risk than just BMD alone.
