David D. Goltra Jr. MD
Dr. Goltra is the Medical Director of CMI Imaging. He received his M.D. at The Ohio State University graduating Cum Laude and as a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. Dr. Goltra completed residencies in Emergency Medicine at the University of Cincinnati and in Diagnostic Radiology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He also completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at MUSC, is Board Certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Emergency Medicine and has received his CAQ in Neuroradiology.

Dr. Goltra is a recognized expert in MRI interpretation and in Interventional Spine procedures. He performed the first Vertebroplasty as well as the first Kyphoplasty in South Carolina and is one of the few Radiologists trained to perform Kyphoplasty. He is a member of the American Society of Spine Radiologists, the American Society of Interventional and Therapeutic Radiology and the American Society of Neuroradiology.
